Very difficult to get the information straight from headquarter but later it was better to get the process running into the system and the interview process was finished and completed successfully.
Interview with the manager in person. Looking for individuals able to work face to face with clients, meaning good communication skills, English, being friendly. Should be able to file taxes. Contacted after the interview relatively fast. Process smooth and efficient.
In person interview with the hiring manager. It was in the local branch. The office is a small office located in Los Angeles. There were about 15 other candidates while I was there
