Bizarre. I received an email telling me I had not been unsuccessful, the same day, I got a telephone call asking me to attend an interview. When I enquired if the email was incorrect, I was told that it was and I had been shortlisted instead. So I went for the interview, which I assumed had gone well. The Friday afterwards, I received another telephone call, from another branch of the same company, asking me to attend an interview with them in a different location. When I explained I’d already had an interview, the person calling said they would contact the manager of the store where I’d attended the interview and get back to me. They never did. The following Monday, I received another email, again saying I’d been unsuccessful. At this point, even if they again change their minds, I don’t think I’ll accept.
