I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at H2M architects + engineers (Melville, NY) in Jun 2013
Interview
Face to face interview by HR assistant with standard questions. Then interviewed by project managers. Explained things on your resume. Interviewers explained they company's benefits, and the works they do, and position responsibilities etc...
I applied through other source. I interviewed at H2M architects + engineers (Melville, NY)
Interview
The questions I was asked were very fair and straight forward, and the interview was more of a conversation than a test. If you've made it as far as an in-person interview, they likely just want to get to know you and hear you talk about your experience.
What to expect:
you'll have a brief interview with the HR person you've been in contact with (mostly questions about your resume what you know about H2M)
Then a second interview with the supervisor/manager that's hiring.
Definitely follow up with thank you emails and be patient to hear back - In my case, it was a couple of weeks before I was given my offer, but that time can vary depending on how soon they're looking to fill the position.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at H2M architects + engineers (Melville, NY) in Jun 2011
Interview
Initial person to person interview with HR. Second interview with my would be boss. Everything was low stress. They put you at ease so they can see who you really are. It was okay to admit weaknesses in certain areas so long as an effort to improve and learn was seen.
