HALO Precision Diagnostics interview questions

This was the worst interview experience I have ever had. I interviewed with the Director of HR, and she did not appear to even know which position I applied for. During the conversation, she referenced the role as being based in Arizona, even though the position I applied for was in San Francisco. This created immediate confusion and made it feel as though my application had not been fully reviewed prior to the interview. The interview felt very rushed and unengaged. Questions were asked quickly with no follow up, clarification, or opportunity for discussion. There was no space to expand on my experience or ask meaningful questions. It did not feel like a two way conversation, but more like a checklist being read through, which made the process feel impersonal and dismissive. She did not even appear to be paying attention during the conversation. When I followed up four days later, on the day she said she would get back to me, I received a rejection for the wrong position. After asking for clarification, I was told the role I applied for had already been filled. This helped me understand why the company has consistently low reviews on Glassdoor and Indeed. If this reflects how hiring is handled at the leadership level, it raises concerns about internal organization and communication.
