Phone interview only. They hire staff without completing background checks, hires felons who have access to patient home and records. Dangerous process. No one at corporate or local HR cares or even shows up to the office.

3 management personnel and one HR rep. All present very friendly and outgoing. Management described job requirements/responsibilities well during interview. Many questions related to skills acquired at previous jobs related to nursing care. Very pleased with whole process.
