Interview
One phone screen interview with manager: 2 tech interviews with engineers: practical: not too lengthy. The people interviewing where very straight forward and let me know from the stat that they respected my resume experience and just wanted to ask a few poignant questions to consider my candidacy. The people I talked to were mostly of East Indian decent but lived in US for some time. So sometimes the accents for each of us required some requests for repeating questions but all were very accommodating and gracious: pleasant.

Interview
They took round 1 technical interview with basic java and database questions. I was selected in round 1 but told me that they will be scheduling client interview. But they didn't get client availability so they dropped my candidature. Very bad experience as I need to follow up with HR multiple times regarding the interview scheduling but got no relevant answer. Also they didn't tell me the correct reason about my candidature drop and kept me on hold for a week. I also blame the consultancy Nityo Infotech about not telling the candidates right thing. For interview scheduling they call candidates multiple times, but when candidates need answers, they don't respond well.
