1. I got invited for a different role than the one I applied for. When I wrote that I was not interested in the job discussed during the interview, pointing out the mistake, I got no answer. 2. Nobody was on video. Considering this was going to be the only interview before the offer, this stroke me as amateurish. 3. Rudeness. Besides not appearing on video, the manager quite obviously didn't want to be there and was extremely rude. The recruiter briefly joined the call and left without saying a single word.
