They conducted 3 rounds of C++, data structures and design patterns interview. This was followed by a Manager round. The HR said I have received a positive feedback overall and finally they ghosted me. No response from them whatsoever.
To Harman HR/Managers,
Have a courtesy and let the candidates know what went wrong in "your" process. Simply ghosting them after assuring them that they have done well well in all the rounds doesn't yield you anything. You will lose your credibility in the market.
We invest hours together in interviewing and finally is this how you respect our time? Have a spine and try to respond.
