c. or assign a quick feedback survey right after the interview call.
Otherwise, the one who is good at people skills to get along with a specific recruiter can only be presented to the hiring manager. That's how the toxic culture starts.
Advice to the head at Harman,
Remember it's hard to cultivate the right culture, but it's just a day to destroy the good culture.
