Mainly concentrates on system programming and QNX. Not much knowledge on Linux as mostly ppl have worked on QNX.
Also prepare well on the technology you are working on. In case of a fresher have good programming concepts.

Prepare well for OS concepts. People who interview should see how the candidate fares in the work he has done and what is required as per job description instead of boasting what little bit he knows.
