Interview
Applied online - got email from recruiter to setup phone interview. About two weeks later got invited to have one on one interview the hiring manager. After another weeks invited to complete a panel interview. Received a call from recruiter stating the position was between me and a internal candidate. Since the other person was internal this position would be given to that person but wanted to recommend me for a position at another hospital.
Interview with the second hospital about two weeks later was offered the job a weeks later.

Multiple Interview panels- everyone was kind and professional they use an interview tool kit targeted to the answers provided in the assessment prior to the interview. The questions however are standard.
