Applying to the StaRN program. Had 2 interviews, about 10-20 minutes each. All personal questions, no situation questions. My feelings after the interviews can be concluded by one word, confused. I didn't good feel about the interviews, but I cannot tell what I would do differently to be honest. They told me that I will hear back from the recruiter in 2 days.
Very easy, they ask about a difficult time with a croaker and how you worked thru it. Pretty simple situational questions too.
Shadowing is almost immediately too and staff is nice
It was not very organized, it was a panel interview in which I was there for 7+ hours. I do not think an interview should take for than an hour including panel interviews, if you count a tour maybe max 3 hours. It is like working a full day
Good interview. Went quick. Had to shadow the nurses on the floor after sitting with manger for a hour then went back with manager to finish interview. Peer interview as well.
