Very specific and full of enthusiasm. Nice people and spirit. Questions was very specific and not to in depth. It was a quick process and they were able to let people know on the spot if they were hired.

What made me interested in choosing the career field?
Very standard, began with recruiter screening and then pivots to direct manager interview with another nurse leader. Interview process lasted about 2 weeks turnaround time. Easy questions, and easy to talk to!

I shadowed the unit with one of the employees, then I spoke with the manager after. It was very casual and didn't feel like an interview. I was offered a position not too long after.
