In person interview was a calm and oriented environment. Interview questions were straightforward. The company has opportunities and programs that is offered. The interview process was to inform and assist me in future interview as well.

Tell me about yourself and what can you bring you the company.
Very standard, began with recruiter screening and then pivots to direct manager interview with another nurse leader. Interview process lasted about 2 weeks turnaround time. Easy questions, and easy to talk to!

I shadowed the unit with one of the employees, then I spoke with the manager after. It was very casual and didn't feel like an interview. I was offered a position not too long after.

Average interview experience. Lasted 30 minutes and shadowed unit. Interviewed by other RN as well. Asked typical interview questions. Very quick interview and hiring process. Took about 3-5 days to answer.
