I applied to the nurse extern position heard back from a recruiter within a couple of days letting me know that they were having a hiring event at a local hotel. When I arrived I signed in and waited for my interview. There were 3 other people there for nurse extern position so they decided to do a group interview. We all got offers by the end very casual which was nice.

What questions do you have about the position?
Was with the Nurse Manager and 2-3 nurses. Interview was about 30 minutes to an hour long. Was more focused on how you work as a team. They really like my customer experience!
I interviewed with three different people. It took two hours and met with clinical leader of both units, charge nurse, and HR. questions were not bad, just a lot of situation based
