very easygoing and casual. Both interviews were very friendly and left me feeling hopeful.I didnt walk out feeling defeated, but excited! They let me know on the spot that they wanted to hire me! I really would say to dress nice, but dont think to much! just be yourself!

Interview
Once you submit your application your recruiter will contact you and do a brief phone interview. She/He will then schedule you for an interview person interview to meet with the manager of your unit. At the time of the interview with your unit manager you will shadow an employee who has the same job title you applied for for approximately 2 hours. A job offer offer will then be extended if they would like to hire you.

Interview
It was the nurse managers and two other PCT’s who were the lead PCT’s that were invited in by the manager. I felt very welcomed and not overwhelmed by the amount of people in the interviewing room. They showed me around and had me feeling like I was apart of the family.
