Interview
I applied online and was put in contact with the recruitment officer. I had a contact who was able to get my application to obstetrics because originally, the recruitment officer said new grads were not hired onto the obstetrics unit. I was interviewed by the Director of the unit and then met with the CNO of the hospital.

Question 1
They asked me a situational question of how I would respond to a patient situation.
Very easy, they ask about a difficult time with a croaker and how you worked thru it. Pretty simple situational questions too.
Shadowing is almost immediately too and staff is nice
Good interview. Went quick. Had to shadow the nurses on the floor after sitting with manger for a hour then went back with manager to finish interview. Peer interview as well.
It was not very organized, it was a panel interview in which I was there for 7+ hours. I do not think an interview should take for than an hour including panel interviews, if you count a tour maybe max 3 hours. It is like working a full day
