It was with the recruiter and the nurse director. I shadowed the floor. The interview lasted for one hour. They asked me scenarios, different classes I've taken, my previous jobs, and why I'm interested in joining healthcare.
2 interviews: one with the recruiter and the second with the hiring manager. Easy process and personalty style questions.
Also shadowed the floor and had an option to select a department to work.
