Recruiter screen and Round 1 were fine Round 2 - Interviewer came in as if he was doing a favor on me. And he came in and then changed the whole agenda of the interview because "he didn't usually take these kind of interviews". No consideration to the frame of mind in which candidate is coming for the interview. Was badmouthing ex-employer and also tried negotiating level and role (downgrading than what was discussed with the recruiter). Sensed bias. Also, too many reschedules - including till the last minute the expected interviewer is someone else but when video opens it is someone completely different.

The interview laid back with few technical questions but had way too many people on the call for a job interview’s first round, wasn’t really expecting to meet the whole team at the first interview
