Initial phone screening with a recruiter, then we scheduled a date to interview with the manager and director of the unit 4 days later. The manager and director decided to bring me back the following week for a peer interview with a charge nurse, transport coordinator, and nurse educator. I heard back about the job - after a little bit of pestering - about 3 weeks after the peer interview.
