3 stage interview process
Got a mail, from a Consultancy stating a Walk In is being conducted at HCL, Hyd., in May 2014.
Attended the walkin and the First stage was a One on One interview.
Second Stage was a Telephonic Interview.
Contacted the Consultancy about the results of the same.
I was put on hold.
In July, I got a call from the HR, stating, they would like to interview me.
This time, it was a group panel interview.
I was shortlisted, and accepted to work in HCL. Good Work Experience and I found it to be a Good and Healthy Work Environment.

Not so easy selection process. Coding to be done in a third party system. Interview questions are very basic. Asking about if any previous experience handling cloud based projects and challenges faced.
The interview process was smooth, and I was interviewed thoroughly. They did check my skill sets and what value I will bring to the project or the organization. I was also offered a competitive salary
Interviews are good with average level of questions. HCL worries only when it gives hike to the employees. No hike or single digit hike wont give enough career growth which affect you at the long run.
