Bgv is worst happend to me and I'm feeling very bad about it and I asked hr for the reason but no proper reason and it is all about to remove the candidate
HR will ask about the candidate's job profile whether he has any experience in the current domain. Achievements. Strengths and weaknesses. Certifications. My hobbies. Discussed my ambition and shared him what are my goals, plans, will power, etc
They had 3 rounds 1) technical were i was asked to do manual code review which was on java. He gave me 3 code from easy to difficult 2) managerial round with one of manager 3) HR round - discussed about salary compensation
