2nd was the impromptu speaking on a topic
3rd and the final round was the Personal interview

Positive, they just want to know you, your attitude, and location preference etc, also if you are comfortable in sales or not, basic questions about internship and family background, they just need a person who can convince, understand and explain things easily to customers.
