you come in, then fill out the paper. some one sit down with you and go over all the items on a sheet that he bring in. then you have to sit in front of a computer and exercise the computer skill. then the interviewer will walk to you out of the door. wait for him to call you.

Tell me about a time where you had to solve a problem on your own. How did you approach it?
Questions that were directed in a way to see how much you knew about engineering. I think as long as you practice and refresh what youve learned and articulate your projects you will be fine

Interview
Informal interview with a senior executive manager. Off site. Very casual. The interviewer had a personality that he was better than you. He was certainly enjoying the fact that he had all the control.

Interviewer made the statement "We do not hire Managers from outside the company. You can start at a lower position and work up." Later on I found out that they hired another person in another leadership role from outside the company.
