I had applied to work as a Merchandise Analyst at their head office in Toronto and received an interview. First I had to complete and online assessment and speak to their HR Generalist over the phone. I was then scheduled for an interview with the HR Generalist. After meeting him he was impressed enough to go get the Hiring Manager whom I would report to. He spoke to me and told me that I would hear back. I never heard back on that position. I kept checking their site for opportunities as I hated my job at the time. Another one opened up so I contacted the HR rep again and he remembered me and asked me in. This time I met with the same Hiring Manager again and he seemed impressed in my persistence. He than told me that they would follow-up. I never heard back and called the HR rep again and he said that due to the economy they were suspending the posting. Again for a third time I emailed the HR rep a few months to a year later and he told me that they had another opening and invited me in. I met with him again and he then told me that the Hiring Manager got called into another meeting and could I come back in two days. I agreed and left. I came back again for a fourth time and met with the Hiring Manager who was different than the guy before. This guy asked me all kinds of tough questions and told me they would let me know. About 3 weeks later I received a letter from the company telling me that they thank me for my time and that I wasn't the chosen candidate. Needless to say it was a waste of my time and I will not be contacting this company again.
