Short pointless waste of time it was obvious they didn't want me from when I sat down, turned out position went to internal candiate. I understand you need to post the job but that doesn't mean you need to waste time
First there was a phone interview with HR. Second step was a phone interview with the hiring manager. Then there was an online behavioral assessment. Finally, there was a phone interview with the CEO. After that, I received an offer.

Interview
I was contacted by HEI by having my resume on Monster.com. A position was opened and a phone interview took place first. I was than brought onsite and interviewed by two people in the company. Behavioral type questions were asked.There was no tour given of site. I was told it would take a week if I was to be considered for the job.
