They go through you're CV and experience like any standard interview, the only difference is the Managers sitting across from you clearly have No idea about engineering or technical knowledge. They were also Feisty, and Rude as if it were normal behaviour. Be sure to ask to speak to an Engineer of similar discipline while there. They also changed the agreed salary three times to a much lower grade, to see if you hadn't noticed. Definately one of the weirdest Interviews ever.
