Straightforward and easy. I had 3 calls and a test to assess my understanding of English and some data analysis. In addition, the interview was conducted in Spanish and English. The people who did the interview were very friendly and welcoming, but that may depend on the people doing the interview and the position you're applying for.
Interview process was good, the recruiter was good to keep in contact, can be slow to get back at times but I understand hiring is a tedius process. The account team also asked some hard questions but overall spoke about my experience to date and questions evolved from there.
Interview process was relatively smooth with 3 different rounds all straightforward with a focus around impact. I would recommend bring tangible experience from other like goals in particular around marketing
