Interviewed for a marketing role, was asked to resubmit resume with updates and that two roles fit background. Made changes and sent the resume, also followed up a week + later on being moved forward or not. Was ghosted. Very common and seems like it’s just very unnecessary to do to candidates.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HICC Pet (Singapore) in May 2025
Interview
Honest, and open interview process. Tough questions, but it is to gauge the candidate’s capabilities as well as thinking process. Case study was interesting, and there was always mutuality and respect through the interview process.

Interview
30 minutes Teams call, then face to face at their Marina One showroom (they have 2 floors, very big showroom and office). The F2F interview is with the manager and the HR was there as an observer. I find that the exchange is very professional and efficient.
