Process consisted of three stages. Met various people at different levels of the organization. There was a case study that had to be presented. Overall provided good feeling of company and job.

First two evaluation tests are to be done. Those are related to your person and your expectations from the job. Shall this be successful and meet the company's expectations, you will be invited for a video interview, that lasts about 40minutes. In case the recruiters like you, you will further be interviewed per skype, afterwards invited to the office to spend there a day. I personally went through the video interview and was refused thereafter. The video interview wasn't pleasant. THere were 6 questions asked through videos recorded in advance. One of those questions was in English, the rest are in German. I liked that the recruiting manager is very responsive and it lasts not more than a week until one goes through the process. On the other hand, it is ridiculous that the company requires its employees to work overtime regularly.

Nachdem man seine Bewerbungsunterlagen einreicht, wird man aufgefordert, einen Persönlichkeitstest zu machen und einen Test zu persönlichen Präferenzen. Danach wird man zu einem "Videointerview" eingeladen. Es werden einem, in Form von vorher aufgezeichneten Videos, Fragen gestellt und man muss wiederum ein Video von sich aufzeichnen, in dem man diese Beantwortet. Ich fand das Verfahren sehr unangenehm, da unglaublich unpersönlich. Zudem hat man nach diesem doch recht aufwändigen Prozess nicht einmal ein Feedback bekommen, sondern wird mit einer Standardmail abgefertigt.
