Still in process but the process is smooth so far. post application their was online test and a interview following. overall it was quick and fast process. so only pratice pratice and practice can help with interview which is pre recorded one

Pre-recorded questions with 2 mins thinking time and 4 mins response time. Kind of weird. You can prepare in advance as they provide the behaviours being assesed, but specific questions are not given in advance. Prepare multiple STAR examples for each behaviour just in case!
