Interview
Met with the Head designer for the division, then she called down the HEAD DESIGN DIRECTOR & MERCHANDISER for the entire company to interview me. Lasted about 15 mins. As an assistant, they were more interested in my work experience than portfolio.

Can you do hand sketches/computer sketches?
Then the HEAD DIRECTOR/MERCHANDISER came down reviewed my portfolio and resume and then asked me about my family?.
