Interview
Because I was already trained as a barista, my interview was me filling out paperwork for taxes, then leaving. But according to others who applied, you were asked general questions about customer service, if you had reliable transportation, and what your hours/schedule would be. The interview process for my location wasn't lengthy or difficult by any means however, I advise you to be prepared.

Interview
Went to a job fair at the airport, stood in line for 2 hours and when I was almost at the room to interview they had everyone put down their contact info since they ran out of time and they couldn’t do anymore interviews. If it was handled correctly they would’ve told us 30mins to an hour prior to leave so they didn’t waste our time. They said they’ll call us to schedule individual interviews but I highly doubt they are going to call 50+ ppl individually. Their company is incompetent, unorganized, doesn’t care about people so I would not work for this company.
