Participated in five interviews just to be ghosted. Interviewers tended to not know what the position was actually going to do. Organization seemed very unclear of what they wanted. Multiple on-site panel interviews. Very unprofessional to ghost candidates after five interviews.

15 min screening call with the partner. Then 1 hr call with the leadership team. The team was very welcoming and genuinely inquisitive about your background and experiences. The interviews started and ended on time.
