Typical process, consisting of online exercises followed by assessment centre. AC was quite relaxed overall, done via Zoom in a group with other candidates, though the actual interviews/case studies were all done individually in breakout rooms. Questions were strength, technical and motivational-based, and they make it feel as if there is no wrong answer, which was nice. Received offer 3 days after AC.

assessment center was very chilled. It was split into three sections, In each section they would ask 4/5 motivational questions, and then give you some data where you would have 6 mins to analyse it and present your findings.
