Interview
Typical interview. Met with different members of the team. Behavioural and fit questions along with some technical background. Why HSBC, Tell me what caused the financial crises. What makes you so special that we should hire you over the other candidates etc.
Online, via zoom after scheduling it via phone. The whole process took approximately 1 hour to complete, asked technical and also motivation questions. Was difficult, but a solid experience nevertheless.
There was an online assessment and followed by job simulation and then assessment centre. My application was unsuccessful after job simulation stage. Therefore, my opinion here is about the first 2 stages I attempted.
