The interview consisted of five rounds, first it was a grammar test, which was followed by the communication round where our communication power and thought process is tested and it is followed by the test that checks for or knowledge for the banking sector about how sound we are about it,then comes the operations round interviews by the managers of the process we get selected for followed by the HR round discussing the salary mainly.

4th stage background checks and then they rolled the offer letter took about 2 months. One needs to be patient

Lengthy 4 rounds interview, but overall interview is not difficult. Average general knowledge questions, IT skills and aptitude test. Also they ask questions about your educational and professional experiences. So overall a lengthy but average interview process.
