Responded to an advertisement and followed by an interview in Amsterdam. Two associates interviewing. No HR personnel and it was bit awkward as the associates seemed to not have done this before.
Mainly focus on technical skills. Especially for those regulatory related areas. It is a very typical “practice makes perfect” scenario.
It takes only 1 round interview with the department head, then received offer 2 weeks after.

What is the most challenging task you have been working?
Submit CV and Conduct both Video interview and real time interview. It takes around 3 weeks to complete whole process and HR will call you if u get the offer. Take it easy
