      Anonymous interview candidate

      Application

      Interview

apply thru website, HR called and conduct a very short phone interview (ask why PWM) and emailed two online tests to be completed within 3 days. numerical test is easy but the verbal reasoning test is tricky and kinda based on luck. after that interview with hiring manager. friendly person, basically wanna know more about you, whether you are able to fit into the role, your motivations in wanting to do wealth management, why you think you will excel etc. final rd is interview with HR. there is a role play and HR will access you further but nothing difficult, basically he/she just wanna know you better.

Standard questions and answers, judgmental on your dressing, just demonstrate you like sales and can handle pressure - you will get the job. Not really difficult, especially the turnover for front line sales cum service staff are very very high.
