Interview

They are looking for people, who are really enthusiastic about HSBC and show outstanding leadership qualities. Educational background does not matter much.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at HSBC (London, England) in Apr 2016
Interview
The assessment centre took me by surprise, as it was a lot more relaxed than any other assessment centre I had experienced.
