Interview consisted of answering multiple choice questions about work scenarios as well as doing simple quantitative analysis of some statistical questions.
Went on to do the job simulation which was two video questions related to your job title as well as some more work case scenarios.

The interview itself consisted of just a few calls, with relaxed atmosphere, checking the technical abilities without any absurd tasks, just programming/GCP questions, some easy, some hard. Everyone was professional.
They are late for 30 min and I was calling HR but no one answered... i am not happy with this arrangement so I left the call. A day later they call me back and say hired another person already...
