3 rounds of interview. First round is Hr, second round is with line manager, third round is with the skip level. Overall not difficult but not too sure what they are looking for
I was approached by a recruitment firm. Then I accepted and it was conducted via online with the HSBC Project management team lead. The interview was completed in under 20 mins and was very professional.

Video interview with the hiring manager. Work experience and technical based questions were asked during the interview. The questions were fairly straightforward and nothing out of the ordinary. I definitely had a good experience.

Interview with hiring manager went smooth, heard back from HR didn’t get it, until I sent email to confirm. Appreciate HR’s detailed reason of rejecting, they moved on with someone else with more aligned qualification.
