I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at HSBC (New Castle, DE) in Aug 2014
Interview
I interviewed at the New Castle, DE site. The manager was very pleasant and stressed quality of work life, fair pay, and fair pay. I was impressed. When I crossed through the worker floors, there were dozens and dozens and dozens of low-walled cubicles filled with people. I was struck by 2 things: there was hardly any noise, none, and no one was standing, moving, our walking about. It was eery. No phones rang. Just quietness.
