Interviewed with the There were three rounds: a recruiter screen, a conversation with the hiring manager, and a final interview with the VP who leads the practice. All three were professional, ran on schedule, and the people I spoke with were engaged and asked substantive questions. The problem came afterward. I was told to expect a decision within a week or two. I followed up several times with both the recruiter and the VP over the course of more than a month, and I never received a response or a decision either way. The front of the process was strong. There was simply no close on the back end, which is a poor reflection on an otherwise well run interview experience.
