Interview
Phone call with HR was friendly and easy, straightforward questions. Explained the company and job opening. Asked about experience and day to day assignments. Personality test was asked to be taken. No follow up calls or emails on status. Found out new advertisement was posted again for the same position.

Interview
The interview process is sophisticated. The 1st round was conducted by telephone by human resources. The 2nd and 3rd rounds were with a team of construction executives. The role was described clearly. I had an ample opportunity to talk about my qualifications and skills. The atmosphere in the room was friendly and professional, and the HSU team made me feel comfortable. Although I was not offered the position, I am grateful for the opportunity to meet with the team, and I hope that in the future I may receive a job offer. I would definitely want to work at HSU Development.
