      Architect Interview

      28 Apr 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Southampton, England
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at HTEC (Southampton, England) in Sept 2015

      Interview

Technically tough but fair. With no silly or useless questions, it was just based on the technical performance under the pressure of an interview. It took nearly three hours for the whole process, so be prepared for a thorough interview. I was quietly impressed with overall process. The few non-technical questions seemed designed to work out how much you’d really had experience of working in a development team. Telephone interview very brief but also quite tough.
