Interview was honest and transparent, allowed me the position to answer every question clearly and continue to feel like a part of a great team. Additionally, the HR side of it before the in-person allowed me to know what to expect for the position and then once met in person I found a lot of my personal experiences allowed me to give situation based answers to be successful.
