Interview
Received a text asking to set up a phone interview. The recruiter was friendly and prompt. At the end of the interview I asked for feedback on the next step. Assured me that I would hear either way in approximately one week. Three days later, I received another text to set up a on-site interview. So far, the entire communication process has been quick, accomodating and friendly.

Interview
This was a quick phone interview. You could almost say it was basically a pre-interview. The interviewer asked me about my career goals and a few other basic personality questions. They then proceeded to inform me that the information would be passed on to the hiring manager and I would be contacted then.
