The interview process was well organized and straightforward and was conducted with three phases.
After the phone interview in phase one, I was glad to meet with who would be my direct manager during phase two. Getting an overview of the company and role ensured that neither of us was wasting their time. All questions were answered promptly, directly, and fully.
Phase three was more technical, yet not with an over bearing focus on specific terminology, but rather on technological experience. Personally, I value this approach as it ensures that the interview doesn't become a word association test.
