The process was smooth, efficient, and I felt very welcomed as a candidate. I knew what to expect at each stage and who to reach out to if needed. I had two interviews, one with the hiring manager and one with a panel of team members I'd be working with. I've rated the interview difficulty as "difficult" due to the fact that had I not changed up the way I prepped prior to this interview it would have been a difficult one - rating it "average" felt misleading. After many years with a prior employer I feel very fortunate that my next career move was supported by such a smooth process!
